AMAZON FREIGHT

Amazon Freight

In 2012, Amazon began building its own logistics network. They bought their own trailers. They hired drivers to pull them. They designed the technology needed to plan routes and communicate with drivers. All built to the incredibly high standards of a single customer: themselves.

As the network grew, there was an opportunity to serve even more customers. In 2019, Amazon opened their lanes, trucks, and capacity to shippers of all sizes. This network is called Amazon Freight.

Amazon Freight partnered with Andrew Ling and Connor Surdi to update their catalog of digital assets spanning photography and video in the Pacific Northwest.
